What counts as one design?

One single-sided print design, for 1,500 credits however simple or detailed it is. You see the fixed quote and approve it before anything starts.

How do revisions work?

Each revision is 500 credits and refines the design you already have. A revision can't replace it with a completely different design or produce a second one; requests like that are declined and their reserved credits are released.

When are credits used?

Only when work is delivered. Waiting, reviewing, approving and downloading are free, and work that fails or is cancelled before delivery releases its reserved credits.

Which credits are used first?

Monthly credits. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased credits never expire. Unused monthly credits don't roll over, so jobs always draw on them before your Usage Credits.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. An upgrade starts at once: you pay the prorated difference and get the extra credits for the current period. A downgrade starts at your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan and its credits last until the period ends.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed by Stripe; Redrawable never sees your card details. See the terms of service.
