Your account and Google sign-in

When you sign in with Google, our authentication service, Clerk, receives your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile picture. We use this information to sign you in, display your account, verify invitations and manage access. Redrawable stores your verified email and authentication identifier alongside your role, plan and credit records.

Google sign-in requests basic identity permissions only. It does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or contacts. Account information obtained through Google sign-in is not sold, used for advertising or sent to reconstruction models for training.

Your artwork and project history

We store uploaded artwork, briefs, annotations, proofs, revisions, approvals and downloads so you can return to your projects. We also keep processing history, recovery checkpoints, usage records and technical logs to run jobs, investigate failures and maintain credit accounting.

When you start a reconstruction or revision, relevant artwork, instructions, previous work and annotations are processed by the AI service for your selected quality option. Authorized administrators may access account and project information to operate the beta and provide support.

Signature: This tier is not zero-data-retention. Inputs and outputs may be retained and used for AI training. This disclosure also appears before you select and confirm this option when it is enabled.

Services that process information

Redrawable uses Clerk for authentication, Cloudflare for website delivery and private file storage, Neon for account and project records, and Modal for job execution. Selected AI services process reconstruction requests. These services receive the information needed for their roles and may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service.

Sign-in uses cookies and browser storage to maintain your session. Project files are private and accessed through authorized, time-limited download links. Anyone you share a downloaded file or an unexpired download link with may be able to view it.

Keeping and deleting information

The beta does not currently expire saved projects automatically. Stored files, processing history and backups may remain after a job finishes or is cancelled. You can request account or project deletion by contacting us. We will explain any limited credit, audit or security records that need to be retained when handling your request.

You can also remove Redrawable’s Google connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not itself delete your saved Redrawable projects.

For privacy questions, corrections, access or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Include your account email and the project concerned; do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes to the use of Google account information will be disclosed before that new use begins, with consent requested where required.
