Terms of service
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms explain what you can do with Redrawable, how jobs and credits work, and what is not allowed. By creating an account or using the Studio you agree to them.
The service
Redrawable turns artwork you provide into an editable print design. It can also create a new design from a brief you write. You upload a reference or describe what you need, approve a fixed credit quote, review the proof, request revisions and download the files you approve. Features, quality options and availability may change as we improve the service.
You are responsible for reviewing every proof before you print or publish it, including copy, spelling, dimensions, colours and any codes. Delivered files are design files, not a guarantee that a particular printer will accept them.
Jobs, revisions and credits
One job is one single-sided print design, priced at a fixed number of credits however simple or detailed it is. The quote is shown before anything starts and is reserved from your balance when you confirm it.
A revision refines the design you already have. It cannot replace that design with a completely different one or produce a second design. Revision requests that do so are declined and their reserved credits are released; start a new project for each new design.
Credits are used when work is delivered. Work that fails or is cancelled before delivery releases its reserved credits. Reviewing, approving and downloading are free.
Monthly plans renew each billing period until cancelled. Credits that come with a monthly plan expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for and do not roll over; a cancelled plan and its credits last until the period ends. Purchased Usage Credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged between accounts. Payments are non-refundable except where we made an error or where the law requires a refund; a refunded payment removes the credits it bought that are still unused. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change; credits you already hold keep their value.
Your artwork and the results
You must own the artwork you upload or have permission to use it, including any logos, photographs, illustrations and text. You keep your rights in what you upload. You give Redrawable permission to store and process it only as needed to provide, support and secure the service, as described in the privacy notice.
When you ask for a new design, files you mark as inspiration guide its style only. Redrawable does not copy them into your design, and you must not use a brief to request a copy of someone else's work, their branding, or a design that could be mistaken for theirs. You are responsible for checking the wording, facts and claims in your design before you print or publish it.
Subject to these terms and to the rights of others in material you supplied, you may use, edit, print and sell the designs delivered to you. Fonts included in a delivered design are used under licences that permit commercial use without attribution on the finished design.
Like most software companies, we use a range of tools to produce your work, some of them AI-assisted. Results can contain mistakes, which is why every proof is yours to review and approve.
Acceptable use
You may not use Redrawable to:
- reproduce artwork, logos or trademarks you are not entitled to use, or make counterfeit, forged or deceptive material such as fake documents, IDs, currency, tickets or official notices;
- create content that is unlawful, sexualises minors, harasses or threatens people, promotes violence or hatred, or infringes privacy or publicity rights;
- split one design across several jobs, or use revisions to obtain additional designs;
- share, sell or rent your account or access, or create several accounts to obtain credits, promotions or other benefits;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service, interfere with or overload it, or bypass limits, quotes or access controls;
- copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service, or use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access it;
- upload files designed to harm or manipulate the service, including malicious code or hidden instructions in artwork, filenames or briefs.
We may decline any job that breaks these rules. Credits reserved for a job we decline before delivery are released.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk; where the law allows, credits obtained through abuse may be removed.
Disclaimers and liability
Redrawable is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when these terms change and will tell you about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using Redrawable after that, the updated terms apply.
