How can we help?

Answers about uploads, proofs, files and credits.

Getting started

5 answers

What can I upload?

A PNG, JPEG or WebP image of the design, up to 20 MB. It can come from an AI image tool, a design app or a file a client sent you.

What makes a good image?

One where you can read every word. Readable text comes back as live text in the best-matching font; shapes, logos and icons are redrawn as vectors.

Will the fonts be the same?

Each font is the best match from our licensed library. Common typefaces often match closely, but custom, hand-drawn or decorative lettering may have no exact equivalent, so compare the proof with your original before you approve it.

Which products and sizes can I choose?

Business cards, flyers, posters, signs, labels and many more, each with its standard sizes, or any custom size. See every print product.

How long does it take?

Usually under an hour after you approve the price.

Proofs and revisions

2 answers

How do I ask for changes?

Mark up the proof and ask for a revision. A revision refines the design you have; it can't replace it with a completely different one.

When is a design final?

Only when you approve it. Approval is always yours to give, and you can download the files once you have.

Files and printing

4 answers

Which files do I get?

An editable SVG master, a CMYK vector PDF, an Illustrator file, and 300 DPI PNG and JPG images. The PDF is a vector export, not a press-ready file: your printer may still ask for their own checks.

Which apps open the files?

Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity and Figma all open the SVG; the Illustrator file and PDF open in most design tools.

Will a QR code still scan?

It is redrawn as sharp vector modules with its quiet zone and checked by scanning. Scan your proof too: a QR code needs to be at least 0.8 in across to scan reliably.

Do you print the designs?

No. Redrawable makes the file; it goes to your own press or the printer you already use.

Credits and billing

3 answers

What does a design cost?

One fixed price per design, shown before any work starts. See plans and Usage Credits.

When are credits used?

Only when work is delivered. Waiting, reviewing, approving and downloading are free, and work that fails or is cancelled before delivery releases its reserved credits.

Do credits expire?

Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. Usage Credits you buy never expire.
